toxtethogrady
So if the market was building 18,000 units a year and absorbing 24,000, what does that do to supply and demand?
por favor gracias
I am no hippie, but I just keep thinking of our sprawl and how nature is being forced farther and farther away. Not that there's any shame in being a hippie whatsoever, but it shouldn't take one to be very concerned about just that. Thank you.

They’re primarily urban mid-rise product—one is Morgan’s first high-rise and one is a garden suburban project.Read more at: https://www.bisnow.com/houston/news/multifamily/morgans-millennial-mecca-45866
TOJF
HI folks, bringing this back from the dead. Does anyone know if this 5050 Ambassador Way project ever materialized, or are there any plans in the future to develop it? The original condos are still there and as far as I can tell people still live there. I'm considering getting an apartment in the Hanover BLVD place that overlooks this lot, but I don't want to if there's anything planned to be built there over the next year. I'm also curious as well. Seems like all the older places are getting bought up. Thanks!
