These would probably be the residential units replacing the ones HEB tore down, in order to move their store half a mile away so they can have an excuse to raise prices and set up the rat's maze layout whilst absolutely not leasing their store out to any other grocery store, meaning it will probably sit abandoned.

No, the ones heb tore down are going to be mostly stores and another mid-rise, here:
