Kirzania Posted July 18, 2005 Share Posted July 18, 2005 As a great Peruser of Old Topics, I've come across a lot of one-posters who generally post asking questions about builders (and new communities) in Houston. Would it be totally outrageous to have a new forum for "Builders in Houston"? Or do y'all feel like there isn't enough demand for something like that?I think of this mostly as a way to help people avoid traps like Perry Homes and Tremont Terrors. Not to mention all of the guests who, like me, started out trying to find info on homes in general.Forgive me if this has already been asked... I guess I could've been more specific in my first post. I was thinking the sub-forum would be about builders only. Profiling them. Good or E-ville. Quality or Cheapa$$. Great for the Money or Way Too Expensive.I think of real estate more as houses/buildings alone and not so much about how terrible/good the builder was.. Does that make any sense? I would think any guest who was looking for info on a builder would be more inclined to go immediately to the "Builder" sub-forum rather than "Real Estate" and posting "Is So-and-So a good builder?" every few weeks.I could never get the hang of Mondays.
