lockmat
per next weeks planning commission agenda, there is a public hearing for "Mcdonalds Richmond and Fountainview." Address is 6000 Richmond. Their map shows the property in consideration is the entire space to the east Dave and Busters. Does a Mcdonalds really need that much room? There is a Mcdonalds to the east on Richmond less than 1/4 mile away and it takes up half the space. Could they just be replacing the one that's there or is "Mcdonalds" code for something? With another apartment development going up just down the road, this might be a long shot to be another apartment building.
