lockmat
Interesting - another senior complex is going up at 4141 N. Braeswood: http://www.houstonar...dge-apartments/ Good eye. Hopefully the one across the street will be as nice as this one. They did a good job designing it I think: "what's new" > "on the boards" http://www.thw.com/index.html Edited July 23, 2011 by lockmat

Pleak
Not bad Agreed.  But when I read the name, I was hoping for several (at least 3) towers spread over the campus.
fatesdisastr
Yeah the name seems as if there will be at least two towers not one and an adjoined lower "tower". I also don't care for how he pronounces Brazos.
lockmat
There was a retirement tower planned in this area a few years back. It had a video too but different from this one. Is this the same location?Found it. Sky-guy
Construction is well underway by now. A crane was constructed this morning and there were at least 8 cement trucks on the site about a week ago. Also, I think we should move this thread to Going Up especially that it's not actualy in (or near) the Med Center.

jerNspace
I really like the rendering for this building. Im usually not much a fan of the dark brick it shows, but i like its contrast with the other materials in the rendering.
