Posted June 22, 2005 Share Posted June 22, 2005 Larger African-American demographic, solidly middle income, older subdivisions, a bit higher crime rate, more parks (stands to reason) not quite as dense as the newer developments west of Texas Parkway. Its off airport about 1 or 2 miles, past the intersection with the CVS pharmacy and near those scuzzy apts...Anyways, my grandma lives down there. Im not familiar with the rest of Missouri City, so i couldnt tell you how it compares, but what Great hizzy says is a good descripiton.
