jt16
There is an old warehouse near the Amtrak Station that is being gutted and renovated. Does anybody have a clue what this project is? The construction group is Manhattan Construction, but their website doesn't show anything related to this project. I'm hoping it's not some boring COH or HPD storage warehouse. CSUrams
I think you are referring to the City's proposed One Stop Central Permitting Center.http://www.manhattanconstructiongroup.com/manhattan-construction/2010/02/03/manhattan-to-build-city-of-houston-central-permitting-center

The building was most recently used by the Postal Service for office space.http://swamplot.com/downtown-warehouse-rehab-houstons-next-permit-office/2009-04-24/
