Highrise Tower Posted July 4, 2022 Share Posted July 4, 2022 I've been wanting to see the Anderson labs on El Rio. Stopped by this weekend to take photos. From what I can tell the addresses are 8000 - 8080 El Rio Street. There are several multi-building warehouse campuses on El Rio street. One is MD Anderson's, the other is a ProLogis development, and the other is TBD (haven't researched far enough.) The El Rio buildings are BioTech labs hosting lots of pharmaceutical companies. The whole area outside of TMC proper is medical-relating real estate. W. Bellfort, Fannin, Kirby, Willowbend, and El Rio is just a few streets that are populated with BioTech. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
