NenaE
Thought this was an interesting article on one of the contractor names I've grown up with, Tellepsen Construction Co. (I actually saw the name Tellepsen on the bldg. construction sign on my Foleys-Pasadena post). Very interesting. There is also a little article on the Maxwell House Bldg. Thank you Bob Bailey! http://www.eastwood-houston.com/Eastwood_V.../EV_2006_01.pdf

NenaE
It's an amazing house and a rich history. Wonder who owns it now.HCAD says it's changed owners three times since 1984. I'm always amazed at how many owners most houses have. Current owner, a man named Steven Parker. The house is rated as poor condition, with a C-. House seems huge, for a bungalow. Land area, 12,426 sq. ft., lvng area 3,204 sq. ft.Wonder if he knows about the history.I saw the Tellepsen Construction Co. name on the sign for the new Memorial Hospital Bldg. on 1-10, in Katy. NenaE
Wow, so he did, didn't notice that. Good, then the house is safe. By the way, happy b-day, Musicman.
