Or maybe a better question is what is NOT included in the maintenance fee?Maintenance fee, is for upkeep of the grounds and property like the pool, painting of hallways, elevator upkeep, security guard, etc. etc. Those places that are seen by all residents and their guests, NOT what is inside your condo. diggity Posted February 17, 2009 Share Posted February 17, 2009 according to the agent in charge of marketing the building, the fee covers the following:Building & Grounds, Cable TV, Clubhouse, Concierge, Insurance Common Area, Limited Access, Recreational Facilities, Trash, Valet Parking.Looks to be everything but electricity and personal property insurance.
