wxman Posted October 27, 2008 Share Posted October 27, 2008 Was driving down 45 the other day (coming into town to see my parents) and noticed that there are big concrete columns sticking out of the ground next to St. Lukes Hospital on 242. These steel-reinforced concrete columns certainly look large enough to support a mulit-story highrise building. Could this be the 10-story building that Shenendoah was supposed to build?
