ricco67
Okay, I get the 9/11 stuff and talking about the Wacko 9/11 "Truther's" conspiracy theories....But why are they talking about the Kennedy Assassinations? That anniversary isn't until November! The History (and Discovery Channel, I noticed as well) had some conspiracy shows on that topic as well. Good lord.Everyone get your tinfoil hats ready. CyKat
Don't forget the Obama is a SSMS (SuperSecretMuslimSpy) conspiricy. Why is Obama so dead set against being associated with the Muslims? Is he ashamed? Does he think there is something wrong with being thought of as a Muslim? I doubt it. Bush has said on 9/20/01, in a speech after 9/11, "I also want to speak tonight directly to Muslims throughout the world. We respect your faith. It's practiced freely by many millions of Americans and by millions more in countries that America counts as friends." It just makes me think that Obama is trying too hard to disassociate himself from the Muslim faith. Me thinketh thou protesteth too much, Mr. B Hussein Obama. His campaign manager should have told him, "it is better to be thought of as a Muslim, than to speak and remove all doubt". editor
Why is Obama so dead set against being associated with the Muslims? Is he ashamed? You're kidding, right? Why would he be ashamed of being a Muslim when he's not a Muslim. The logic fails.Having the name "Hussein" doesn't make him Muslim. I know someone who works in Harris County government whose name is Muhammad, but is Roman Catholic, and has been all his life. People get named after people (relatives, distant and otherwise). I don't know if that's what happened to Obama, but it happens. Not to derail this topic any further, but the people who are so desperately trying to paint him as a Muslim are really poorly informed. And I'm not even an Obama fan.

A week doesn't go by that I don't read in some business publication about how hard it is to find even entry-level people who can handle basic tasks. Here's a new (to me) conspiracy theory that fits in well with the widespread inability to think: apparently the gubment is trying to poison us all with rainbows. I guess there are worse ways to die.

I hear Ken Lay has been seen with the "Aruba girl" at Elvis' coffee shop.

Obviously he's afraid of something. And what's so wrong with having Hussein as a middle name? Why doesn't he just own it. If he's not ashamed, why does he try so hard to disassociate himself from his Muslim "heritage". You can't deny that he does have a Muslim "heritage", even though he tries to deny it. Could it be that he needs to portray himself as something other than what he really is in order to get elected?BTW, I never said he is a Muslim, as you have accused me of saying.CyKat Edited September 10, 2008 by CyKat
