memebag
Putin Says Suspects US Provoked Georgia Crisis Putin thinks someone in the US is stirring up trouble to help one of the political candidates, although he hasn't said which one (gosh, I wonder which one it could be). I have to admit I had similar suspicions. The Houston connection:At a news briefing in Moscow, Russia's deputy chief of the General Staff, Col. General Anatoly Nogovitsyn, said Moscow's forces had retrieved from a battlefield in Georgia a U.S. national's passport. He showed an enlarged, color photocopy of the document which was in the name of a Michael Lee White, born in 1967. The passport, issued in the Texas city of Houston, bore a current visa from Kazakhstan. U.S. citizens do not require a visa for Georgia.Anyone know a "Michael Lee White"? TheNiche? Is that you? sevfiv
Hmm - what an incredibly generic name. There are three Michael Lee Whites registered to vote in Harris County alone!

memebag
No... What is it with people associating me with violence, lately!? Not violence so much as secretly controlling world affairs. That seems up your alley for some reason.
Subdude
No... What is it with people associating me with violence, lately!? Perhaps they read some of your older posts, and somehow just drew the conclusion.
jgriff
I for one welcome TheNiche as our new overlord.
westguy
Apparently it did start when Georgia shelled an Ossetian town. Russia needs to learn how to play the media game, or just have one of its lobbyists get a second paycheck as a foreign policy adviser to the McCain campaign.
