I was wondering if anyone had any info on it (ex been on market before, how long, damage, etc) I looked on hcad and the home is priced below appraisal. Is this a good price for the home?I tend to use zillow.com for a more accurate reflection. Nice area. I have a few friends that grew up on Saddlewood.
