If the vandals are found, they need to be paraded in front of the teams and humiliated.

After that they need to be forced to work until they pay off the team. When a person is convicted of a crime the state may justifiably force him or her to work.

Its probably the same annoying brats that have spray painted a "Y" at the end of the Longwood entrance to spell "Longwoody". I've seen that happen 2-3 times already.
