Heard rumor there may be a grocery store in there. But haven't heard about anything else. Hope it will have some good stores/restaurants/fast food. I will have to drive by as I can't remeber the developer, but this in on Spring Green (new road entering Cinco Ranch off FM 1093) up a ways from FM 1093. The Shoppes at Cinco Ranch is east of that on the northeast corner of the intersection of FM 1093 and FM 723 (which turns into Spring Green road north of FM 723).
