Yes, the above is a development that's closer to Westheimer Lakes North. The Shoppes at Cinco Ranch is east of that on the northeast corner of the intersection of FM 1093 and FM 723 (which turns into Spring Green road north of FM 723). It may also be on the northwest corner but I can't remember if there is a sign there or not.

Anyone have info on the Shoppes at Cinco Ranch, located on FM 1093 around FM 723? Heard rumor there may be a grocery store in there. But haven't heard about anything else. Hope it will have some good stores/restaurants/fast food.
