psilverot Posted July 2, 2007 Share Posted July 2, 2007 I've noticed that the Willowbrook Court shopping center will be getting new retail stores and restaurants. There are several signs along 249. The one in the corner, and the end cap over by the old Circuit City building are the only ones I know of. I do know that that strip center recently got new property management.
