aggie0083
http://www.loftsatwolfpen.com/ a minimum of 9,000 square feet of retail space on its first floor. Plans for that building call for office space on the second floor and apartments on the third floor.

editor
Any word about what the retail component might be?
Scotch
Hmm, looking at the web site it seems there will be some retail, I don't think as much as originally intended, but no announcements have been made yet.
citykid09
I wonder when they will open, It will be cool to see this development in Wolf Pen. Everytime I pass by there I can't beleve its in College Station. I think it would have been better in the North Gate area, to make that more like College Station's downtown. zaphod
I think it would have been better in the North Gate area, to make that more like College Station's downtown. But that would have made too much sense...I agree, this thing sitting out just by itself you could call it a strip mall with some expensive apartments on top. IronTiger
The retail component, if there is one, should be easily integrated with Post Oak Mall since it is so close by.
Scotch
Looks like some units are nearly ready, with the front section probably a few months from completion. (aerial view from official website)
