Well if you don't want to live in the area, you have every right to move out and punish Spring, TX for their incidences of crime. What's scary is that I can't find any crime rate statistics for Spring, TX online. In part perhaps because they don't have their own police department. To judge a city on one isolated incident is just not reasonable, however there may be a growing crime rate in Spring that we are unaware of.
