    2014 03 14: Is this anything? Immediately behind is Astoria's laydown. I'ts immediately south of the Bentley dealership, and about 100 feet in from the west loop frontage road (outside the loop).

    Believe it starts construction in 2015. Doing survey work now. You see the guys out along Post Oak all the time.

    Yeah. Astoria has about 14 guys on site while BHP has 40. Also, they've been doing drainage stuff all week.

    2014 02 22: The pour has started... many cement trucks.

    I happened to drive by earlier. They have demolished about half the shopping center and are digging out a big hole (lots of trucks on site).

    Another question on this one... unless I missed it, I did not see any cores / rebar and concrete legs (like Astoria). Do they not need those here?
