I've just installed new wooden floors in my house and I have some glue residue on top of my floors. What can I do to take it off without damaging the wood?

All I've heard is the credit union, and the rendering on the lot sign doesn't make it look like there will be room for anything else. This one's a bit of a head-shaker for the neighborhood - not only did we lose Theater Surburbia, but counting the bank inside the 43rd Street Kroger, we'll have 6 financial institutions within 1/4 mile.

I agree with you on this one...being a newcomer to the area I was expecting better use of land for upcoming Oak Forest.

Bohemeo's does drink setups. They're too close to a school to sell alcohol, unfortunately.

I think so...he will close at 164k...but did know that the townhome next to him (same sq foot, interior etc...) now there are selling it for 144k.

I would only buy it if it was in a great location. I can't think of any great locations between 610 and the beltway on 290.
