I can say from working @ Robertson (Dynamo Blue Crew) that I have enjoyed my experiences there, and have no problem with the stadium in its current configuration. Having said that, I know that (Dynamo) fans have had problems with the layout of concessions, and finding their seats and closest restrooms. When I worked there it did have the feel of an high school game, which to me made me enjoy it that much more. I agree, but the one thing I really like about new stadium design that cost the extra 13 million is how they left an opening to see the Downtown skyline. Any renovation of Robertson would have blocked this view.

You were correct Colorado accepts invitation to join Pac-10 I believe A&M will join SEC, also I can't say that I feel sorry for the schools(KU, KSU, ISU, Baylor, and Missouri) left out as the SWC was disbanded. Fact, TxDOT has repeatedly told the public that the Hempstead Managed Lanes will be constructed before US-290 construction begins, to give people travel options and minimize disruption during construction. Fact, Harris County has not committed to the managed lanes and Txdot has not clearly stated a plan B if the managed lanes are not built. The 290 project team has stated they have some ideas for temporary HOV lanes but not much will happen if anything. Harris County looks for cheaper jail cells IMO it makes it real hard on the families who must drive out of state or to Newton, Tx to see there loved ones, when they were arrested in Harris County and not yet sentenced.

I would love to see Berkman stay in an Astros uniform ala Biggio and Bagwell,but I believe Berkman and Oswalt deserve to go somewhere they can contend while the Stros rebuild. Hempstead Toll Road Might not be built 1st by Harris County Im in favor of building Grand parkway but not if it is going to jeopardize Hempstead toll road getting built within the near future. Who would you contact in Harris county to let them know this is ridiculous!

The project has been shown on governmental planning documents since the early 1960's. Someone recently suggested using segment-E as a relief of 290, probably not a good suggestion, but Grand Pkwy has been planned for a while. Every time I go to Dallas I think im glad they are planning now instead of waiting untill devolopment dictates where infrastructure goes.
