    This one is going up very fast, which is great, I just hope that the construction quality is good!

    So I'm a little confused as to what this is actually being built on... Is it going on the SW corner of the little loop thing across from the Best Western on Main?

    Judging from the most recent photos looks like we're at 34. Just a few more to go!

    Oliver McMillan doesn't operate the Galleria, but there might be something from Simon who does. The hotel is still part of the plan for River Oaks District, but not for the proposed tower near Saks Fifth Avenue at the Galleria.

    Not trying to start anything here (with my first post!), but just for some perspective, does anyone know how much rents are at NorthPark or Highland Park Village?
