THIS IS HOW ALL DEVELOPERS IN HOUSTON SHOULD THINK! Things may be slow now but as we have seen time and time again they will pick up at a much stronger pace.

    Why not consider Eleanor Tinsley Park as a viable venue? Great view of downtown, ample space and it is already utilized for huge events.Seems like a good place to host SB events. That or we should consider eliminating a lot of those surface parking lots on the southern side of downtown for another larger park near the Pierce Elevated. Also, I don't know if you guys saw the iHeart Music Fest, they broadcasted the first part of the Maroon 5 concert Sunday with great shots of downtown Houston!

    This is an amazing view!! I'm in love!! From my calculations once topped out it will be slightly taller than where the top crane stands at the moment.
