  1. Innovation Tower TMC is a specialty hospital with clinical and education space to be located at 6700 Main St. The proposed tower is to be 35-stories in height (including two below grade parking levels) with full patient care hospital, clinical offices, and education space. The current project program includes 13-floors of hospital programming, 7-floors of medical office and research office space, 12-floors of above grade parking, and 2-levels of below grade parking. The project also includes ground floor retail space of approximately 15,000 sf. Total approximate building area is 1,460,000. The project is anticipated to break ground 3Q 2020.
  2. Hanover Square Block E is a 8 story mixed-use residential/retail mid-rise project located at Tirrell St. and Allen Parkway. The project consists of 421 luxury apartment units, approximately 10,500 SF of private amenity space, including a resort-style pool. The project wraps an 8 story precast parking garage and contains approximately 26,000 SF of street-level retail between the garage and lower levels of the tower.
  3. The building is almost 85% composite metal panels. There is stucco at the balcony return walls, but everything else is metal panels. It does look good, though (imo). It is a community pool/amenity deck with a cafe and separate connecting outdoor deck. This is the best I could do for a visual. Also, it does connect to the Hess garage.
  4. Centennial Tower This project consists of a new hospital tower within the Texas Medical Center, on the corner of John Freeman Blvd and Bertner Ave, next to Walter Tower. The new hospital tower is a 29-story tower (511' to top of mechanical roof) with total square footage approximately at 1.2 million sf. The new hospital tower will adjoin to the existing Walter Tower on Levels 4 and below. Centennial Tower will also be connected to Walter Tower via a series of skybridges on Levels 9 - 21. Skybridge connectors will also connect Garage 7 and existing Walter Tower/Fondren Brown atrium to the Outpatient Care Center. The site is located next to Walter Tower and will be bounded by Bertner Avenue and John Freeman Blvd. An existing building will be demolished on this site also owned by Houston Methodist.
  5. The sub-grade has already been contracted out, so I would expect so. Ulrich Engineers is overseeing that phase.
  6. HBU Morris Family Center for Law and Liberty to be located off Hinton Dr. at the parking lot next the University Academic Center.
  7. Not sure about the Pavilion, but the Hotel/Condos that will be going up next to it measures 478' 11" to top of level 37 Helipad.
  8. The Zaza project is over budget by a good amount. I'm interested to see if they bring it within budget or shelf it.
