  1. I saw somewhere online it was recently painted back.
  2. Moving out, I talked with a woman about where they are going and she said they are moving to the location on El Camino St. She said work hasn't started on the new building yet but should soon. The new building will be for housing with an increase of spots for women and the existing buildings will be the offices. They have to be out of this building by the 28th of Oct. She was aware that Fairfield is building apartments here.
  3. Sign is up on San Jacinto St., they got "Lina" Hidalgo's name right this time. People are living on the porch. Demo work should be starting soon.

For years, officials in Brazoria and Galveston Counties watched as the Grand Parkway marched its way north from Interstate 10 in Katy, the work moving like the hands of a clock as the tollway was extended north, then circling to the east. Officials have continued to press state officials to keep the segment west of Interstate 45 toward Texas 288 a priority. "The population is coming, it cannot be denied," said State Sen.   5. I just talked with an Urban Genesis guy while I was at the Co-Op Waterworks II on Shepherd St., he told me they sold some parcels they own to someone that will build retail. He said they don't do retail only apartments. He didn't mention which parcels because they owned lots on both side of the Parole building on Nance and Hardy.
  6. Painted over the Rosland's sign on the building and covered the sign.
  7. Work has started, an Urban Genesis guy showed up the same time as I did. He said there will be ground level parking under both buildings so no shared parking garage. South lot. North lot.
  8. I talked with an Urban Genesis guy at the Co-Op Waterworks II, I brought up the Warehouse District project of theirs and asked about the 3rd phase. He mentioned they sold the property across from the Parole Office DPO7 to someone who will build retail shops but didn't specify which side of the Parole building, the western lots they own or the eastern lots they own.
  9. I talked with an Urban Genesis guy at Co-Op Waterworks II, I brought up the UG Co-Op Leeland project and he said they will be sharing the cost of 3 blocks of sewer connects with Toll Brothers and Hay Center.
