Well, tomorrow marks 13 years since the attacks on the World Trade Center's twin towers in New York City and the Pentagon. What are everyones thoughts, memories, etc. on this?

How many members are there on HAIF?

I think it would be an idiotic idea.
The glare from the lights would be a driving hazard for those on the freeway, and an annoyance to those living nearby.
Those living nearby already have lights from the towers DT.

I, personally don't think that the phone is such a big deal, i mean it's the same upgrades that apple has released in past iPhones, Bigger size, better battery, etc. i think the new Apple Watch is much more interesting.

Question on the name of this thread: is 40 stories still considered a high-rise? At what hight is a high-rise considered a skyscraper?

Earlier today, Apple announced its two new iPhones, the iPhone 6 (4.7 Inch screen) and the iPhone 6 Plus (5.5 inch screen) as well as the new apple watch. What are you alls thoughts on this?

The Ned. Center is the only one disconected from this skyline, so it's not in the picture belie, but you can see Downtown and greenway/uptown-galleria area in the distance.I do remember reading in HAIF that the Ship Channel allowed an optical illusion of lining up all the skylines to appear as if there's one giant skyline.

Well, we'll see what happens to the price of oil, as that seems to be driving everything.
Meanwhile, the Panama Canal widening opens in 2016, so we'll see how much traffic that brings to the Port.
I thought that was 2015? did it change?

Do I see a new rendering for the Chevron Tower?! Tell more, Metro West!!!

Greenway Plaza needs to be filled in with development like this.
I don't agree. I think that Greenway Plaza needs more height than this. I think this kind of development would be great in midtown.

seems interesting. Will anyone be there?

How many cranes will there be for this? How many are/were constructed today.
