The apartments that are being torn down (Temenos Place II) are on the east side. I think you're confusing phase one and phase two.

The yellow lines are proposed flyovers and the orange line is a proposed feeder roader. Both of which pass through the existing structure.

Just noticed that the club at 2402 Austin St. has vacated. Any chance that Privacy intends to take that space instead? Much more likely location for a lounge.

Innovation Tower: Mixed-Use High-Rise At 6700 Main St.

I would imagine the majority of Austin's office space is fairly new as well. Downtown Houston's plan to convert older office buildings to residential would be a really bad omen for their market if it turned to that. -
Retail Remodel - 3714 Harrisburg Blvd.
phillip_white replied to EastwoodEnvoy's topic in EaDo, the East End, and East Houston
According to Google streetview, this location has been a UHaul rental location since at least 2018. I highly doubt they fenced off the whole block to relocate some trucks. -

This appears to be a new/additional location on the third? floor (suite 3200). And at 5652 sq ft, I would guess this will either be a fine dining concept or event venue.- 1,573 replies

Doesn't look like any work has been done yet, but here's the backside for reference.

Probably referencing the 2015 version of the International Building Code.

1120 Dennis or 2800 San Jacinto? This thread is so confusing. Everything appears to reference 2800 San Jacinto (the office building with the creation mural), but the title was changed to 1120 Dennis which is where the BYOB place just opened.

Discovery West: Mixed-Use Development Downtown By Skanska
phillip_white replied to Moore713's topic in Going Up!
I would agree that nothing says On The Grind. 1550 OTG is most likely an abbreviation for 1550 On The Green. And On The Grind appears to only have San Antonio area locations, so expanding to Houston would probably be announced in some sort of press release.- 1,094 replies
