The design of the restaurant comes from Blank Design, an architecture and consulting company in Brooklyn, New York. Pearl Hospitality on Wednesday announced seven new tenants for the ground floor of the historic Medical Towers, which is being redeveloped into a 273-room Westin Hotel.
