I would assume whatever future property Lovett buys, or perhaps an extension of this, will be where D4N is held; they had their inaugural year at the Sawyer Yards (also Lovett)

Lol really? Buy the site then just disappear before spamming neighborhood forums with a new local blog? Sounds suspect to me

So those were a nice couple of days without them but seeing as how this is the best way to get the admin’s attention I’ll just leave this post here

This site is unusable with these pop ups and it’s amazing how many times this happens. It’s driving people away from the site

I think it’s weird that the argument is one or the other; maybe mass transit hasn’t eliminated traffic, but I’m sure it’s alleviated traffic.

You've never ridden a commuter train, have you? Not comfy when someone's ass is stuck in your face for the hour, due to standing room only crowds.
Lmao where are you riding commuter trains? India?

I would think they’d be much happier if all of the proposed Dallas Street Retail projects went through

I believe they also have to do some soil remediation as well.

Some slant up, some slant down. There’s enough of a difference depending on your perspective I guess.

Interesting, so this interchange here will remain? I thought it’s geyting torn down as well. I’m going to have to look at the schematics again.

I’ve always wondered; on the ramp from I-69 (nice) to I10 West, there’s a portion of the ramp that extends out for a future connector, with a sign above it saying “Elysian St”
Was that connector supposed to go to Elysian Street and plans changed, and will the reconstruction include plans for that?
Or were those plans cancelled with the whole Downtown Interchange reconstruction?

Pretty interesting design for a "suburban" mixed use development. I like it...

Why is there a clearance sign if it's a surface lot? The only low clearance object in it is the clearance sign
They're just preparing themselves for the flying car parking lot, which is directly above the car car parking lot.

Hey the site works again. Management should create a twitter account to post updates on outages and maintenance periods.
Just a thought.

According to meteorologist Brooks Garner, after 57 years the KHOU station is rendered unusable. They will probably have to build new facility at another location.
Whaaaaaat?! This is insane do you have a link?

Texas Central Project
in Transit

I saw the first planning commission agendas that Dunham’s project appeared on and the staff’s recommendation was to consult with TCR and their plans, so I’m sure they’re very aware the train’s path.
