Item 107 on the planning commission agenda is for a 21 story condo tower (6 stories of garage 15 of residence).

Simons gotta be kicking themselves for pulling out of the Outlet Mall deal. Granted that was in 2015 and another outlet was supposed to pop up in Rosenberg.

I think that’s the one I mentioned from my other post that looks like it will have a bridge deck perpendicular to Westpark but can’t be for the interchange rebuild and must be for the bus lanes

Felt I’m not gonna lie I’m kind of in the same position. He was a HUGE proponent of a Europa lander, not just a probe, and I hope his replacement can push the same project as strong as he did. 

Public transit projects can be huge for our city in his absence too.

That’s for the interchange project right? However, just west of 610 and Westpark there’s a bent that’s been constructed perpendicular to the Westprk Tollway. I assume it’s for the BRT which I guess means it’s gonna have an elevated section that goes above 69? Must be why they cleared out the Chick-fil-A there on Post Oak/Richmond

Yeah obviously that’s what I meant to say; idk why I wrote my post in the exact opposite tone as your correction and with the completely opposite viewpoint, but hey thanks for fixing that for me and trivializing it in a totally non passive aggressive way. 

Unfortunately it feels like they’re not losing, even when they should be. TAHSR’s claims are wildly overstated and grossly untrue but all you have to do is spread fear and propaganda and you can convince anyone
