You think so?  Not very impressive.  Please come to HTown were the Texas Medical Center is larger then Downtown Dallas.  In a few years Houston will have a huge downtown when Midtown, Downtown, Greenway Plaza, and of course the Galleria Uptown district will be combined.  

There are installing LED lights.

The building is ugly!  I cannot understand who would move into that.  I like the project, but there could have been a better design in DTH.   

It's a postcard when the crane is done. Very HOUSTON!

Nice picture have been waiting for years for that spot to complete the skyline.

Cannot wait to see the rate of occupancy.  I have properties off Mimosa and had to lower the rent because of these new properties.  They offer free rent and other amenities.  I still have one not leased.  Thinking of selling next year.

Jones hall has already renovated.  It is a beautiful building. Who cares about Dallas?  Houston has more opera, symphony, museums that Dallas will not have.  I love when they have the free opera at Herman Park.  It's so fun eating food and sit back and watch it.  Dallas has nothing like that.  A friend of mine came down from Dallas to visit the the Menil and love it!  And the expansion of the Museum of Fine Arts. 

I have two tickets to got to the Hard Hat Tour.  Now I cannot go, I don't think I can get my money back for them. Let me know you somebody wants them on 10/22 $35 each at 1000am. 

Very nice but the train will wake people up around 3AM.

I remember when Kathy Whitmire wanted to build the convention center.  There was nothing on the east side of downtown.  Hard to believe how it all transformed.  There yesterday with a friend from Dallas that grew up in Houston.  He just could not believe it how downtown has transformed.  When to the Greek Festival and had a very good time.      

Very nice considering Dallas developers built it.

I think this is the Hanover 39 floor highrise.  Or is this the one off Bammel by Lamar High school?

The city of Houston was thinking about leasing 800 Bell.  One Shell Plaza is near City Hall, and the Bob Lanier building. The COH could get a good deal from this.  Then we also have BG Group Place.
