According to this (from last year) the zoning for the property allows up to a 300' tower. I guess it won't be as tall as the Endeavor..
I'm happy enough this includes a highrise though 300' ft isn't bad at all.

A bit more about this project here, two small office towers are also possible:
http://www.transwestern.net/Flyers/Houston/retail/flyers/KingwoodParc/KingwoodParc_Brochure.pdf
The 2 towers on page 10 is for another development in Pearland, Parks at Boulder Creek. Maverick Group partnered with same developer who is behind Kingwood Parc. Construction is said to have begun this past spring. Anyone know?

No, it was a proposed one. I believe the address is 905 Woodrow St, Houston, TX 77006. I keep thinking One Fifty or M One Fifty... I don't know honestly. It was an all-glass midrise office building.
Haven't heard of that. I just looked on devmap.io, and still couldn't find it. Here maybe you can...

Well Valley Ranch Town Center is already under-construction and Kingwood Parcs site is now being cleared. These development seem to be promising to the area, my confidence for this one is solid as to happening.

According to this chron article from March 2008, the Endeavor was the first of many high rises for Clear Lake.
It also mentions Beacon Island.
Beacon Island has been in the works for a very long time, it wasn't til March that they approved the plan.

lets sneak in one night and quietly erase the parts where it says "or patio homes" and "or estate lots" >.> shhhhhhhhh
lol, I just noticed this is the old site plan the newer one is the one in the link.

that would be HUGE for the area. whats the tallest high-rise around Clear Lake?
Endeavor at the 30 floors and 81 multifamily units. Its about time the area gets a new highrise, I have a good feeling it might just be taller than endeavor.
BTW here is a site plan:

Is this by the same developer as The Tower at Hermann Place? If so, I'm guessing they decided to move ahead with this project first instead of the tower.
If you go to the link, you can read a portion of the description but somehow it doesn't let you read on. Same architect to Helix is the same for this one.
-
How much of a footprint will this have? Isn't this the location of the Helix tower or will it be behind it?
Should be going up right beside the Helix Tower.

This one and Helix Tower should fill in really nicley.
