She has hair down to there, beautiful exotic eyes, and a bodacious bod. Her name is Claudia Ochoa Felix, and she is called the Kim Kardashian look-alike. The sexy Mexican loves to share many selfies on Instagram like Kim, but there seems to be a major difference. Ochoa Felix is reportedly the leader of La Emperatriz de los Antrax in Mexico. The group is a cartel murder gang, and allegedly the Kim look-alike won the leadership role after her boyfriend, Rodrigo Arechiga Gamboa was hauled to prison. The exotic beauty has vehemently denied the allegations, but many pictures she has posted shows intriguing hints.

Media sources have inquired of the relationship status between the former hit man, and Ochoa Felix, but she states they are just friends, and nothing is going on. The Mexican mama is frequently posting photos on Instgram, showing her guns.

 

 

Not her muscles, although men certainly enjoy in the delightful beauty Ochoa Felix is, but her pink AK-47 has made its way into pictures. Ochoa Felix’s fame skyrocketed when reports of a murder gone wrong hit the media.

 

Reportedly, a hit was made on Ochoa Felix and gunmen grabbed a young woman who also resembled Kim Kardashian, but more notably, Ochoa Felix. Yuriana Castillo was the woman kidnapped, who also shared a connection to Gamboa. Authorities found the young woman’s body tortured behind a school building. When the allegations released the potential hit was Ochoa Felix, her popularity soared incredibly.

The Sinaloa cartel in Mexico is listed as one of the most powerful “drug trafficking organizations in the world,” U.S. authorities have reported. The Sinaloa cartel is protected and hires the killer squad to carry out assignments.

Currently, the Kardashian look-alike continues to deny the allegations. Think Ochoa Felix is the empress leader of the hired killer clan? One thing is for certain, she is incredibly sexy, and knows how to wield a weapon.

Apartment developer Morgan Group is bucking the trend of "smaller is better" in one of its new multifamily developments in west Houston.

 

The Houston-based company is developing an eight-story luxury apartment building with 148 units averaging 1,500 square feet in size. The largest will be around 2,500 square feet.

 

 

Morgan Group's president, Alan Patton, said baby boomers are getting to the age where they're considering housing alternatives. In some cases, that means moving out of suburban homes and into apartments in more urban settings. Yet they want the same amount of room - or close to it - that they had in their homes.

 

"No one's really met that demand yet," Patton said.

 

Over the last several years, the craze has been to develop smaller units with a high percentage of one-bedrooms.

 

In the past, the percentage of one-bedroom units in a complex was in the 55 percent to 60 per- cent range. Now, it is creeping up to 70 percent, said Bruce McClenny of Apartment Data Services, which tracks multifamily development in the Houston area.

 

The new Morgan complex, called Pearl Residences at CityCentre, is being built on the south side of Town and Country Way at Attingham, just east of the CityCentre mixed-use development.

 

The company is building a second property across the street called CityCentre Pearl. That building will have seven stories and 312 units ranging from 650 square feet to 1,500 square feet.

 

Wells Fargo is providing construction financing for the buildings, which were designed by Wallace Garcia Wilson Architects. The apartments are scheduled to open in early fall of 2015.

What a view on that last picture. 

I mostly see people skulking across Kingwood Drive heading to the Randalls from that complex.  Interested to see what might materialize. 

I'm hoping to see something in the same size as Kingwood Parc. Who knows though, apprently no one who lives in these apartments have been notified to what is happening to these apartments.

Could this be rumor be Texas Central Railway's high-speed Rail station, perhaps similar to Nagoya Station?? Fits all of the criteria in relation to summer 2014 announcement, foreign investor, massive investment, mixed-use... They're already planning a $10B+ high-speed rail line, what better way to draw publicity to their project than to build a supertall to go along with it?

Another example would be San Francisco's Transbay Terminal.

Kings Crossing Apartments to be Demolished:

-- There are plans to demolish the Kings Crossing apartments, and to replace them with new commercial and professional buildings (there was some confusion over whether residential areas would also be included). 

-- There will be a representative from the company in charge of the project, Burdette Huffman, to speak at the Super Neighborhood Council at the May 21st, 2014 meeting to discuss plans with the community more fully.

This site has been used as a laydown site for the Astoria condos going up on Post Oak. The sign for development remains out on the property (and the Master Plan remains largely similar to what was indicated above).

 

Once the Astoria is complete, I wonder if we will see movement on this site--particularly with BHP Billiton and Amegy Bank building new headquarters nearby.
