Why would we dallasites cry about this?.....This is GREAT!!!!!!!! and I can honestly say that all of the new buildings that come online in Dallas from here on out will have "BAD ASS" lighting schemes.....this is only the begining.Asure will turn heads all the way from north 35E and Northwesthighway.I can't wait!!!!!! >

I disagree simply because they(Dallas Area & Houston Area) are looked at seperately.A company can only move to either or.......Not both, or the whole state for that matter.

Is the Houston House of Blues open yet? If not then We are getting one first.Yes Houston has a new park project downtown, and Dallas is starting a park project that's Part of a larger Park Masterplan for the entire CBDthat has been planned for years.it just so happen to be starting around the same time.So we are not trying to do everything Houston is doing it's just that the projects that are just now being presented and announced in and around Houston are somewhat similar to the projects that's been Planned and announced in Dallas awhile back.

Well....as long as you already know that it's rediculous to say ....then its okay wit me....The reason I said "what water" is because if someone went to houston looking for a city on the water...they wouldn't find it.Just like you guys say we shouldn't say we have a port because ther is no water involved........Don't get me wrong, there is a body of water somewhere downthere....but it's nowhere near downtown,or better yet...nowhere in the city limits..........but feel free to correct me.

To be honest I really can't wait until it's built ,So then ,Both Dallasites and Houstonians would have something to look forward to when visiting each others dwellings.I know I will be one of the first Dallasites down there when it opens.
