This micro center/walmart site probably needs it's own thread. It will surely derail this thread.
I'm ok with walmart and the other business' at this location. I see it as a positive.

BB's and Hickory Hollow are pretty good.

FWIW, I do remember seeing Steak and Shake has opened up at least one restaurant in the Greater Houston area. The hamburgers are decent enough.
Pretty sure there is one in Clear Lake /Webster area.

Waffle Houses Texas Bacon Cheesesteak plate with hash browns scattered, smothered, covered, and peppered.
