I'm praying that demand for spec office buildings in EC somehow goes away and praying that demand for spec office buildings in the CBD somehow multiplies and praying that Allen Center building and Houston Center building, and the market square building and the Capitol tower building all start construction tomorrow. But since my prayers have never been answered this development seems kinda cool.

  13. He meant we're behind the world in terms of trains, as this is a trains thread and not a food or toilet thread. Train-wise we are behind Europe, Asia, Australia, and parts of North and of South America.That leaves us only ahead of Africa and Antartica.
