The company specializes in multifamily apartment complexes around town. From what I can gather: For nearly 30 years, Martin Fein has been involved in the development and acquisition of more than 30,000 units. He established Fein in May 1989. In 1996, he began Westchase Construction for the construction of high-end apartment developments, and he continues to serve as its President. Previously, he served as President of the Farb Companies.
