hindesky Posted January 30, 2021 Share Posted January 30, 2021 2320 Crocker St. the old Paraiso Mexican restaurant for years then converted to "Tequila Joe's" is now 2.0 a dance club. The poor guys that converted it to Tequila Joe's about 2 weeks before the first covid shutdown and then reopened. I tried it once and it was worth me trying again. mkultra25 Posted January 31, 2021 Share Posted January 31, 2021 El Paraiso moved to a much smaller location in a Northside strip center near Irvington and Cavalcade. I haven't driven by there recently, but they haven't updated their Facebook page in months after announcing a "temporary closure" around the middle of last year. When they moved, I wondered if they owned the property and just decided it was time for a change, or if they'd been forced out by increasing rent.
