DrLan34 Posted December 5, 2012 Share Posted December 5, 2012 They are redeveloping an existing structure at Bremond & Main into a Lounge and right behind at Bremond & Fannin they are redeveloping the existing structure into a Clinic. I'm not sure what type of clinic it is but it seems like developers in Midtown have accepted the fact that a lot of their bars or other retail will be near Homeless Shelters, Clinics, etc. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

RedScare Posted December 5, 2012 Share Posted December 5, 2012 This is the way mixed use operates in the inner city. Seemingly incongruous entities operate next door to each other. There is no master planning outside of master planned communities. This is the excitement and frustration of true mixed use neighborhoods, as not all of the "uses" appeal to everyone.
