A new sign outside of the Construction site at the corner of South Mason Road and the Westpark Tollway Pre-leasing is underway for the “Waterstone at Cinco Ranch Luxury Apartments” and concrete was being poured even before daybreak on Thursday morning. At the northeast corner of the intersection, behind the shell station of Westpark Tollway and Mason.
