  1. They are scheduled to have a soft opening on Friday and be fully opened on Saturday.
  2. A lot of activity this morning. I also noticed on Clinton and Bringhurst they had surveyors out by The New Potato.
  3. Looks like soil testing maybe? Also a lot of activity where that shipping container is which I think is on Phase 3 off of Clinton and Bayou St.
  4. They have an excavator on site digging up where the survey stakes are at in Phase 1. Unofficial groundbreaking?
  5. Yes, from my understanding that is the golf course and club house and ice house being built. The main entrance I believe is off Hirsch, at least that’s where the parking is going.
  6. From the article, “The Laura will reference the industrial feel of a steamboat, according to its interior designers, and will feature a dog park, pool, outdoor yoga space and lawn games. Midway projects Phase One will be completed late next year or in early 2023.” First time I’ve seen a completion date for Phase 1 be publicly announced.
  7. I’ve noticed a lot of activity this week, even with all the rain on that metal structure in the background.
  8. Apologies for the terrible picture, but isn’t the frame for the icehouse? This pic was taken on Hirsh Rd going over the bridge.
  9. ABC did a segment on East River this morning. East River posted it on their IG page, not a whole lot of info, just that summer is groundbreaking. No mention about the golf course / icehouse though.

  11. Yeah, but NRP is the replacement for Clayton, Ojalla is going to be a mix of incomes.
  12. I’m under the impression the NRP one by the silos passed. Not 100% sure thought.
  13. Which lot is this at? Is this the one at 800 Middle St on the other side of the bayou?
