  6. the few times i've been to boheme, some of the patrons do park without regard to the neighborhood. this puts new meaning to the phrase on street parking.

  10. I think you missed a critical caveat. There is to be no admission fee into the park, though some activities will have ticket charges. Their description seems like they want to be several of those entertainment complexes all in one. You KNOW there will be charges.

  12. I was just talking about this last weekend with a couple of couples who have ~10 yrs in midtown. both mentioned that generally for them, the new, younger residents moving in are not as stable as those that were there initially. they are experiencing more renters vs owners.
