  1. $140/sqft isn't bad, but that $1412 monthly maintenance fee is an absolute killer.
  2. I like the design! However, it looks like the link is dead, and i can't find this project on their site anywhere anymore.
  3. Picture of said soil testing as of yesterday (06/08/2016).
  4. Nice. That whole center with Lowes / Hobby Lobby needs some redeveloping too.
  5. http://swamplot.com/daily-demolition-report-what-lies-beneath/2016-05-13/ 801 Texas is on the demo report for today
  6. Well, a reply is better late (2 years) than never, right? http://www.bizjournals.com/houston/morning_call/2016/05/long-awaited-h-e-b-redevelopment-still-a-few-years.html Although I love HEB, a location there is really disappointing. There's a brand new one not even a mile away, so I don't really get the need for a location here.
  7. Yesterday's drive home. Wait, whats that up there? Way up there, the final crown beam was being welded up. I'm surprised he could stay balanced with balls that big
  8. Excuse the quality, but here was my view on the commute home yesterday. Crown is almost finished being framed, looks like the tallest section of the peak needs to be framed in before it can be glassed in.
  9. According to PaperCity, this one has grown another 2 stories. http://papercitymagazine.uberflip.com/i/660799-april-2016-houston
  10. Well, that have an... interesting Facebook page. Looks like they deal with mostly wholesaling distressed properties. https://www.facebook.com/CitiscapeInvestments/
  11. http://swamplot.com/scenes-from-the-set-of-hspvas-upcoming-downtown-campus-now-in-progress/2016-03-02/
  12. Well, can't argue with that, you've got a point there. I was assuming that the prospective buyer would be able to afford, and get financing, for either.
  13. Well, one positive would be living in something larger than 350 sqft. I assume you understand the difference between 350 sqft and 1200 sqft? Buy the townhouse and rent a room out to a buddy to more than cover the difference in mortgages.
  14. This one is now open and partially under lease http://www.bizjournals.com/houston/morning_call/2016/02/dallas-developer-opens-first-luxury-apartment.html
