infinite_jim
Last Friday I saw an approved sewer disconnect notice and over the weekend saw a crew cleaning out in the interior. Then this morning I saw one lane of Milam closed for an electrical crew from the city working on the bldg. I'll see if I can snap a pic on my way home tonight. This used to be an auto-repair shop from ~1940's.
Chi-Char-Hou-Dal
Infinite_jim - pretty interesting scoop - TY - would love to see this as a restaurant or knocked down for something taller - just not a parking lot - with all the activity on this end of town I am optimistic and pumped for anything - IMO the new Federal Building is really shaping up the South West Corner of DT along Pierce Elevated
OkieEric
I had my old Acura worked on there a number of times, so it was still functioning as a repair shop (well, just 1 guy basically) at least until maybe 2-3 years ago - it always looked boarded up and abandoned, though. Not exactly a high volume repair shop so I always wondered how it stayed open
