Hi, I'm selling my mod house in Spring, we are near the Woodlands area.

It was built in 1967 and has the original hardwood cabinets made in Denmark and a Terrazzo entryway. It also features a Nu-Tone built in blender, bathroom heaters and intercom system.

Yeah, real shame it is right there. i supposed it is priced accordingly though.

Wow...that's really close to the freeway.

We have a large sound wall that keeps the freeway noise tolerable. The house is well insulated and the lot is wooded so it's really quiet inside.

It's a great neighborhood and it's walking distance to two area schools and shopping. And there are two great parks within a couple of miles.
