houstonmacbro Posted July 30, 2007 Share Posted July 30, 2007 I noticed this morning on my way to work that we've had our first teardown here in Shepherd Forest. I'm both happy and sad. Happy, because this probably means big appreciation for my property. Sad because the neighborhood will be forever changed by the coming tide of McMansions.Where is this neighborhood?(For the record, I wish folks would start identifying where places are either by streets, boundaries, etc. ... not everyone knows the names of these developments/subdivisions, but many of us do know streets or boundaries).
