kjb434
i forgot the name of the building, but they are progressing quite fastThere is a sign out front that should have the name.i'm thinking units in the range of $190s for 1 bedrm to upper $300s for two maybe three bedrm on the upper floors.it isn't that big to have two many floorplans, probably mostly 1 and 2 bedroomI'll post more as soon as i find out more from my friend

HoustonMidtown
It's another mid-rise complex. It's coming along nicely.I know the realtors that are going to market it.<{POST_SNAPBACK}>The condos are actually on Rosine - one block behind Waugh....they must be renting the lot on Waugh temporarily. It's the same builder as the Vistas in Midtown

kjb434
Oh, I've been mistaken.I was orignally thinking about the mid-rise complex going up by the corner of West Gray and Montrose. I think the Waugh complex is by LSR
aggiejeremy
It is my understanding that the existing structures on the property fronting Waugh will be demolished to make way for high-end townhomes with price points no less than the $400's. As mentioned prior, the site is currently being used to advertise the Piedmont project which will be located on the north side of Rosine Street. This area seems to be coming along nicely!
