HeightsGuy
I think it depends on your definition of a Houston suburb. Do nearby cities such as Clear Lake/The Woodlands/Spring/Pearland count? Does it have to be outside city limits ruling out Kingwood?
KinkaidAlum
I would argue that none of Houston's suburbs are urban at all. Period. When the city of Houston itself is mostly suburban sprawl, it would be pretty hard to have an urban suburb. In fact, I would argue that Galveston is the most urban of any city in the entire Metro area, including Houston. bachanon
one might argue that uptown is the most urban suburb. if you consider the suburbs as outlying developments, then the woodlands. the woodlands is high-density, has industrial, commercial, retail, entertainment and varied residential components. in a community of 75,000, over 30,000 people work IN the woodlands.
